    Amenities & Services

    1What amenities are available at the marina?
    We offer coded restrooms and showers for customer use, convenient parking, and access to your boat.
    2Do you have a fish cleaning station?
    Yes! Our on-site fish cleaning station makes it easy to clean your catch before heading home.
    3Do you offer battery charging or winter battery storage?
    Yes. We provide battery charging services and winter battery storage to help keep your batteries in good condition during the off-season. If your battery doesn’t maintain its life through the winter while stored with us, you’ll receive 10% off a new battery in the spring.
    4Do you have a campground?
    Yes. Copper Kettle Marina offers dry camping for RVs and campers. Please note that there are no hookups available and space is very limited, so reservations are required.
    5Do you offer boat services?
    Yes. We provide a range of maintenance and care services, including bottom washes, detailing, winterization, spring tune-ups, and other light mechanical work to help keep your boat in top condition.

    Storage & Docking

    1What types of storage do you offer?
    Copper Kettle Marina offers a variety of storage options to fit your needs, including: - Indoor dry rack storage (available year-round) - Walk-to and drive-up docks - Trailer storage - RV and camper storage
    2How does dry rack storage work?
    During the boating season (May 1 – October 15), rack storage customers receive one in-and-out launch per day. You can schedule ahead by calling, texting, or using the Dockwa app — so your boat is ready when you arrive, with no waiting.
    3What if I want to go out before you open or come back after you close?
    No problem! If you’d like to head out before rack building hours, we can place your boat on the courtesy dock the evening before. If you return after the rack building closes, we’ll put your boat away first thing the following morning.
    4What is included in winter storage?
    Winter storage includes indoor, secure, non-heated storage to protect your boat from the elements. Additional services such as winterization, bottom washing, and detailing are available at an extra cost.

    Payments & Policies

    1What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, check, and ACH payments.
    2Is there a fee for paying by card?
    Yes. A 3.5% convenience fee is applied to all card payments after contract signing.
    3Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! We offer flexible payment plans. If you’d like to split your total into installments, please let us know when signing your contract so we can arrange a schedule that works best for you.

    Reservations & Contracts

    1How do I reserve a slip or storage space?
    You can reserve by contacting our office at office@copperkettlemarina.com or 440-822-3912, or by booking through the Dockwa app to manage your reservation easily.
    2Do I need insurance to dock or store my boat?
    Yes. All customers are required to carry current insurance coverage for their vessel in order to store or dock at Copper Kettle Marina. Proof of insurance must be provided before storage begins.
    3Can I transfer my dockage or storage agreement if I sell my boat?
    Yes. Storage agreements may be transferred to the new owner, pending review and written approval by Copper Kettle Marina. The new owner must complete registration, provide proof of insurance, and sign the Dockage/Storage Agreement before the transfer is finalized.

    General Information

    1What are your office hours?
    Our office is open Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If you need to stop by outside of these hours, please call ahead and we’ll be happy to arrange a time to meet you. Even when the office is closed, our rack building staff are often on site and can assist with payments and reservations while the rack building is open.
    2What are your rack building hours?
    Rack building hours are: - April 15 – Memorial Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week - Memorial Day – Labor Day: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week - Labor Day – October 15: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week During these hours, staff are available to launch and retrieve boats, and can also assist with payments and reservations even if the office is closed.
    3Can I access my boat after hours?
    Docked customers may access their boats after hours. Rack storage customers may only access their boats during rack building hours, as forklift service is required for launch and retrieval.
    4Are pets allowed at the marina?
    Yes! Pets are welcome at Copper Kettle Marina, but we ask that they remain on a leash and that owners clean up after them to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone.
