our family proudly took ownership of the marina. With deep roots in the marine industry, we’ve spent years building and repairing waterfront facilities nationwide through our marine construction company, and have since expanded into operating commercial dive schools dedicated to professional underwater training.

Now, we’re excited to breathe new life into Copper Kettle Marina—preserving its legacy while making thoughtful improvements. One of our biggest upcoming projects includes transforming Building A into our newest dive school location, while keeping all marina operations active and growing.
