A 30 foot Chris Craft Coho is our Educational Clubhouse for Future Captains !

A Coho, similar to the one pictured above, will serve as our center piece for the Kids' Kettle Club area.

This will be the the place for junior sailors to learn about the the various boat structures and controls.

Parts will be labeled to teach young captains and deckhands alike the proper terminology.

They can explore the fore and aft decks, cabin, bridge, and areas below, as well as work the controls,

sit in the pilot chair, man the wheel, check all gauges,  ...  anything a captain needs to do.

Oh the hours of fun and excitement they can enjoy by entertaining themselves with make believe

voyages, fierce storms, rescue missions, scientific exploration, races, or in whatever other ways

they choose to occupy themselves on a summer day at Copper Kettle Marina.

The vessel will be permanently anchored, on land, in the picnic area adjacent to the office.   Our

young sailors can sail all day without leaving dry land or the safety of the marina.  They can picnic

during their adventures and when the day is done, they can sleep all night onboard.

!!  Imagination is the only limit on fun  !!

!!!  The Kids' Kettle Club is the place   !!!
